Dan Toussant offers nine years of HR practice management experience within a regional public accounting firm. Serving as the firm’s HR Director and HR Consulting Partner, Dan developed an extensive network of accounting, bookkeeping and finance practitioners, both within the firm’s ten offices around the state of Ohio, and nationally through the CPA firm’s collaborative national affiliation. Dan recruited for clients of the firm, primarily Controller and Bookkeeper positions in northeast and central Ohio. Internally, Dan and his HR team handled the campus recruitment program for staff accountants as well as recruitment for key experienced accounting managers, directors, and partners. As a Finance executive recruiter, Dan and his search team have filled the following financially-related positions:
